Refund and Shipping Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policies: 

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately you will not be allow to cancel your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to Trap Loot Tees at the buyers expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Shipping Policies: 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at Traploottees@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
